Vimal Bibhuti College of Education is situated on the banks the Ganga in the rural area of Sabour in Bhagalpur District. It's total land area comprises 3.52 Acres in name of Vimal Bibhuti College of Education itself
Vimal Bibhuti College of Education has its own well-constructed separate building block with a total built-up area of 17500 Sq. ft. (Measuring 153 ft. X 115 ft.) in length and breadth respectfully.
The play-ground area stretches over a large expanse of 12000 square feet of land measuring 115 ft in length and 105 ft in width..
The College premises has a cycle shed for the convenience of its students. It can hold 125 cycles / motor cycles at a time.
VBCE Students are also provided with the facility of separate common rooms for boys and girls which they use during their free time.
Conference hall extends in an area of 2100 sqft which is utilised at times for debates, seminars etc. and helps in developing the extra curricular skills of VBCE Students.

The Principal is the academic head of the Vimal Bibhuti College of Education. Observing the need for incapacitating the required number of guests and academicians who arrive regularly to meet him, the principal room extends in a built-up area of 20 ft X 33 ft.
The complete set of furniture and fittings in the principal's room includes, one big table with chair, twelve side chairs, one sofa-set, four almirahs/ cabinets, two ceiling fans and four CFLs.
The class-room furniture consists of 200 benches, 200 tables, twlelve lecture podiums, thirty chairs for lecturers, sixty five ceiling fans, forty CFLs and twelve black boards.
For storing different valuable documents and record books of pupil teachers in different methods/subjects the college is provided with twelve almirahs and twenty four lockers.

Library:
V.B.C.E has a well equipped library cum reading room with a capacity of accommodating 30 students at a time. There are 4670 books under different titles, relevant to the B.Ed. course of study; 800 educational encyclopedias; 90 electronic publications (DVD / CD) ; 8 Journals and 6 Magazines. In addition to the above V.B.C.E library also receives six different newspapers related to national and local events, titled in English and Hindi respectfully. There is an acquisition of 200 titles annually. The Library has a Xerox machine with a computer and internet facility for the benefit of it's students and it's faculty as well.

Laboratory:
The Institution has excellent learning resources in the form of a vary well equipped and furnish laboratories such as English Language Lab, Social Lab, Psychology Lab, Physical Science Lab, Biological Lab, Educational Technology Lab, I.C.T and Computer Lab. It has also workshop for preparing teaching aids, SUPW Workshops, Health Service and Adequate games and sports facilities. All these facilities are optimally used by teachers and taughts. Psychology Lab has different apparatus and different types of Psychological tests for development of intelligency and personality of the taughts.

Language Lab
V.B.C.E has a well set up language laboratory with adequate resources for number of students at a time. This unit of speech training has a linguaphone, with all it's software, VCD, TV and numerous CDs in graded order. These equipments help learners in specialising and practicing of correct pronounciation. These equipments help learners in specialising and practicing of correct pronounciation . the headphone and the speaker in communication, supports the hearing process whereas the books provide the same in written mode for personal revision and detailed self-study.
Globalisation needs English in all fields . Language being a means of communication comparees of a system of sounds, words patterns, phares construction, sentence structures etc.. Every group with similar cultural and social practices has a distinct medium of communication which has its own style of linguistic pronounciation which when used appropriately gives correct understanding of feeling and thoughts.
English among all popular languages has the credit of being the the leading medium of expression for radio telecast, literary publication of official language in most part of the world. This scenario of demand for English language has drawn linguist literates towards the use of linguaphone which is adept in audio visual presentation of illustration of not only the sound system but also the speech system. This teaching-learning aid facilitates exctness in pronounciation level so as to make the students of V.B.C.E communicable to the rest of the world, when and where needed.
